Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to explore our work, design a piece and get in touch, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
The standard we work to
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
What we have done
We have designed the site so that:
- every page can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus
- images have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers
- text and controls have strong colour contrast
- configurator controls are labelled, and the "Your design" summary describes your choices in words as well as in pictures
- animation is kept to a minimum, and is reduced if your device asks for reduced motion
- forms have labels and clear error messages
Known limitations
Our configurators use rendered images to show colour, material and light, which cannot fully be described in words. The "Your design" summary lists every choice you make. If any part of the site is hard to use, we are happy to go through a design with you by phone or email.
Tell us about a problem
If you have trouble using any part of this website, please tell us. Let us know the page, what you were trying to do and what happened, and we will work to fix it and help you in another way in the meantime.
