About this website

This website shows the furniture, millwork and art we design, make and present, and lets you share ideas with us. It is for information and inspiration. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, and prices are given on request.

Images, renders and configurators

Many images on this site are computer renderings, and our configurators are visual tools to help you explore ideas. They are illustrations, not exact representations.

• Colours and finishes look different on different screens and in different light.
• Wood, stone, leather and other natural materials vary from piece to piece.
• Choosing an option in a configurator does not mean it is available, suitable or possible for your project.

Your piece is defined only by the drawings and specification you approve in writing.

Quotes, orders and agreements

A request, a saved or shared design, or a conversation with us is not an order. Only a written quote or agreement signed by you and by M Designs Collections creates a contract. That document sets out the price, deposit, specification, lead time, delivery and cancellation terms for your project. If it conflicts with these terms, the signed document applies.

What you send us

When you send us sketches, photos, floor plans or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You allow us to use it to respond to you and to prepare and carry out your project. You keep ownership of what you send. We will not publish it without your permission.

Our designs and content

The text, photographs, renders, drawings, designs and other content on this site belong to M Designs Collections or the people who licensed them to us. Please do not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Our drawings and designs remain our property unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

Art and interior decor

Artworks shown on this site are presented in collaboration with 25 West Gallery. The images and works are the copyright of the artists. Price, sizes and availability are on request. Dimensions are approximate; please confirm them before you buy.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site: do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, collect information from it by automated means, or use it for anything unlawful.

Other websites and services

The site links to, and uses, services run by others, such as scheduling and social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, M Designs Collections is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. This section does not affect the terms of any signed agreement for your project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the courts of San Mateo County, California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
